A word from David Brun

(Graduate of the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Chinese mint’s greatest effect is to facilitate the dispersion of wind-heat in the upper hearth (lung and heart), while treating the effects of wind-heat on the orifices of the head.
It also causes perspiration, which is why it is often used to treat skin irritations and eruptions, throat irritations and mouth ulcers.
