Instructions for use and dosage
Place 6g of dry Japanese medlar leaf in a tall cup. Pour simmering spring water over it and fill the mug to 90% (about 200-250ml). Cover the mug and let infuse for 10 minutes.
The dry Japanese medlar leaves offered are cut into strips so that the active effects can be extracted more quickly in the water.
