Herbal tea indicated for irritability, stress, anger, crying and depression, as well as sensitivity or fullness in the chest and ribs.
Preparation
Place ingredients in a tall cup. Pour simmering spring (or filtered) water over them. Cover the mug and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Drink 2 cups a day after meals.
