You pay no customs fees when you receive your parcel in the European Union. People in Russia and Switzerland generally pay none either.
Like any other site, you only pay shipping costs on our site (free shipping on purchases of 100 euros or more).
Canada and the USA may have customs fees, but this is not systematic.
