Indications of Dry Lily in Chinese Medicine
The dry lily flower is indicated during :
- Cough with little mucus
- Insomnia
- Nervousness
- Emotional disorder
- Eczema
- Pemphigus (rare dermatological disease attacking the skin or mucous membranes with bullae or crust-like lesions)
Instructions for use and dosage
Place 8g of dried lily flowers in a large cup (a mug), fill it to 90% with simmering spring water (about 250ml). Cover the mug and let infuse for 10 minutes.
Combinations
With chrysanthemum buttons (Tai Ju) and goji berries to regain emotional balance.
Contraindication
– Do not drink if you are allergic to lily flowers or flowers in general.
– Do not drink if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
