Decoction for frequent anger with high blood pressure and/or cholesterol and/or hepatic steatosis.
Hepatic steatosis occurs when the liver is too fatty (i.e. contains too many triglycerides).
Preparation
Pour the contents of a bag into a glass, stainless steel, Pyrex or terracotta vessel, followed by spring or filtered water up to 2 cm above the ingredients.
Put a lid on the pot and turn on high heat until boiling, then lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Then remove only the liquid by placing it in a thermos, for example, and add water again to the ingredients (up to 1cm above) and heat again to boiling, then simmer for 20 minutes. Pour the liquid with the first.
Drink half in the morning and half in the evening.
This decoction is particularly suitable for people who often feel hot. If you’re angry with high blood pressure, but you’re a cold person, do this: take 10g of cenelles with 5 jujubes, steam for 10 minutes and eat.
Contraindications
This preparation is contraindicated if you have :
