A word from David Brun

(Graduate of the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Because of its hard consistency, Fuling mushroom is often ground to a powder with a coffee grinder for incorporation into various gruels. It is also often used in soups to invigorate the spleen (digestion).
Combined with Job’s tears and azuki beans, it is an effective treatment for water retention and cellulite.
