Since all 3 ingredients are foods, they work well in a congee. To do this:
Pour one bag into a terracotta or glass or Pyrex or stainless steel container that’s not too thin. Then pour in 900ml of bottled spring or filtered water (not mineral or tap water).
Cover the pot and heat over high heat until boiling, then simmer for 45 minutes on a gas hob, 60 minutes on an electric hob.
Eat the ingredients and drink the liquid at breakfast, but if the quantity is too large, eat in 2 batches (breakfast and afternoon or end of lunch) for one month.
lunch) for 1 month. After 15 days, the effects will be felt. Continue after the 1st month to lose more weight in the lower body.
If you have a white coating on your tongue, or tend to be chilled and have abundant, clear urine, season the oatmeal
with black pepper and ginger or cayenne pepper.
On the other hand, if the coating on your tongue is yellow, leave out these seasonings and eat the oatmeal plain or with a little whole cane sugar, or better still, with powdered stevia leaves (to do this, rub a few between your hands).
For anger with water retention in people who are cold, often have cold hands and/or feet, and those who are quickly tired and often have little strength in their limbs, add 5g integral cane sugar.
Don’t forget that nutrition is also important. You’ll find more on this subject in this blog post by David Brun.
