Decoction for excessive sugar consumption, sugar cravings and constant sighing.
Preparation
Remove the jujubes from the bag and make several cuts all around them with a knife. Then place them in a glass, stainless steel, Pyrex or terracotta container and pour 400ml of spring or filtered water over the jujubes. Cover with a lid and heat over high heat until boiling, then turn down to a simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and immediately add the other two ingredients (rosebuds and He Huan Hua flowers), close the lid and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Divide the liquid into 2 portions and drink between meals.
Also, when sweet cravings arise, it’s best to eat a few jujubes (up to 10). Their naturally sweet taste calms the craving and their effects strengthen the spleen.
Contraindications
Take care with people with high hypotension, diabetics and those with mycosis/candidosis.
