Preparing the herbal tea
Heat spring or filtered water until it begins to boil.
Pour a little boiled water into a tall cup to bring it up to temperature. Discard the water and place the contents of an herbal tea bag in the cup. Pour the hot water over it, then cover. Cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
