Indications white wood ear silver ear in chinese medicine
- When feeling weak after an illness
- To tone and moisten the lungs
- To calm coughs due to (yellow) phlegm and for shortness of breath

Instructions for use and dosage
Consume 6 to 10g per day to have sufficient action in soup
Before preparing the white wood ear mushroom, soak them in water overnight.
Wash them and remove the hard part in the center. Put water in a saucepan until it covers the tremelles. Heat over high heat until the water boils then reduce the heat to low. Leave on low heat for an hour (until the white wood ear mushroom are soft and the soup is thick).
Add more water to the saucepan to make the soup thinner.
Contraindication
White wood ear mushroom is contraindicated in colds caused by wind-cold and polyuria.
