- Mouth ulcers
- Swollen mouth
- Swollen gums
- Sore gums
- Lowering of fever
- Thirst
- Desire for cold drinks
- Difficulty urinating
- Low urine output
- Restlessness
Instructions for use and dosage
The dosage being 6 to 9g per day, put for example 3g of bamboo leaves in a large cup (a mug), fill it to 90% with simmering spring water (200ml approximately). Cover the mug and let infuse for 10 minutes. Repeat with 3g at another time of the day, and possibly a 3rd time if necessary.
Contraindication
Bamboo leaves are contraindicated for people who often have cold hands and/or feet, digestive problems, distension and/or abdominal pain after meals, abundant and transparent nasal discharge, loose stools or diarrhea.
Also:
– Do not drink if you are allergic to flowers in general.
– Do not drink if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
