A word from David Brun
(Graduate of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)
Jasmine flower was used to perfume the emperor’s room. A song in honor of this flower was composed in the 18th century. This one is extremely popular in China, it was even sung during the Olympic Games in Beijing. Its action on the liver, depression and digestion makes it a very useful tea in our modern society.
