Preparing the herbal tea

Heat spring or filtered water until it begins to boil.
Pour a little boiled water into a tall cup to bring it up to temperature. Discard the water and place the contents of an herbal tea bag in the cup. Pour the hot water over it, then cover. Cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes.

 

People sensitive to the cold should take the herb below

For people with cold hands and/or feet, and those who tire quickly and often have little strength in their limbs.
In any season, make a 10g decoction of Lingzhi (Ganoderma Lucidum). You’ll find this herb and how to decoct it on this page.
Drink this decoction in the morning and evening, using the same herbs.
This decoction can be used in winter by people who often feel hot.
