Properties of this herbal tea according to Chinese medicine

*In Chinese medicine the spleen and the stomach are the organs of digestion. If they work properly, your digestion will go well and the spleen will be able to send the essence of food and drinks to the heart (to produce the blood) and the lung (to produce the energy).
This herbal tea should not be consumed if you are taking warfarin (an anticoagulant).
Preparation of the herbal tea
Heat some spring water or filtered water until it begins to boil. Pour some boiled water into a tall cup to heat it. Discard the water and put in the cup the contents of an herbal tea bag. Then pour the hot water over until you fill 80% of the cup.

How many times and when to consume it?
Start with 2 pockets per day for 1 month. Drink preferably between meals.
Do not drink just before or during meals to facilitate digestion.
Contraindications
– Do not drink this tea if you are taking an anticoagulant, especially Warfarin.
– Do not consume this herbal tea if you have a serious illness and / or follow a fairly heavy medical treatment.
– Do not drink if you are allergic to any of the herbs in this herbal tea.
– Ask your doctor before drink this tea if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
