Properties of this herbal tea according to Chinese medicine

Preparation of this herbal tea
Heat spring water or filtered water until it begins to boil. Pour a little boiled water into a tall cup to bring it to temperature. Discard the water and put in the cup the contents of an herbal tea bag. Then pour the hot water over until you fill 90% of the cup. Let infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, covering the cup. You can drink.
Once you have drunk the first water, you can add more water, but be aware that it is this first water that contains all the beneficial effects of this herbal tea.
How many times and when to consume it?
2 pockets per day for 1 month. Drink preferably between meals.
Do not drink just before or during meals to facilitate digestion.
Contraindications
– Although no case has been reported to date, stevia leaves could cause allergies in people allergic to plants of the asteraceae family (daisies, dandelions, chrysanthemums …).
– Do not consume this herbal tea if you have a serious illness and / or are under heavy medical treatment.
– Do not drink if you are allergic to any of the plants present in this herbal tea.
– Do not drink if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
