Preparation of this herbal tea
Heat spring water or filtered water until it starts to boil.
Pour some of the boiled water into a tall cup to bring it to temperature. Discard the water and place the contents of an herbal tea bag in the cup. Then pour the hot water over it until it fills 90% of the cup (about 250ml).
Infuse for 5 to 10 minutes covering the cup. You can drink it.
Once you have drunk the first water, you can add more water, but you must know that it is this first water that contains all the beneficial effects of this tea.
How many times and when to consume it?
2 bags per day for 1 month.
Drink preferably between meals.
Do not drink just before or during meals to facilitate digestion.
Contraindications
