Several causes can degrade our vision: aging, staying too long in front of artificial light sources (such as television, computer screen) or an unbalanced diet.
Today we are more and more exposed to electromagnetic waves from electrical appliances and artificial light sources, increasing the risk of visual disorders.
Did you know that?
Electromagnetic waves also affect the color of the skin, can create acne, dizziness and headaches. It is not for nothing that people working in an office, in front of a computer often have these symptoms.
The Gong Ju flower in this tea is a variety of chrysanthemum flower that grows on the Yellow Mountains (Huang Shan) in China. They are very popular because they grow on the heights, breathe the pure air and energy of the mountains.
In ancient China, Gong Ju was the variety for the emperor.
This variety is used in this tea because of its effect against electromagnetic radiation.
Properties of this herbal tea according to Chinese medicine

1) Protects and strengthens the eyes (against blurred vision, photosensitivity, red eyes and decreased visual acuity)
2) Protects the body from electromagnetic waves
3) Protects and detoxifies the liver (cleansing the liver to eliminate toxins).
4) Healthier skin (protection from electromagnetic waves and liver cleansing result in more beautiful skin, no more blurred complexion or red spots).
* In Chinese medicine, the eyes are governed by the liver. This means that a poor diet or medications that congest and weaken the liver will have a negative impact on our visual acuity. In addition, if the liver blood is deficient it will tend to create blurred vision, dry eyes or a feeling of sand in the eyes.
Since eye health is largely dependent on the liver, combating and calming vision problems can be greatly helped by cleansing and protecting the liver.
