Preparation of this herbal tea
Heat spring water or filtered water until it begins to boil. Pour a little boiled water into a tall cup to bring it to temperature. Discard the water and put in the cup the contents of an herbal tea bag.
Then pour the hot water over until you fill 90% of the cup. Let infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, covering the cup. You can drink.
Once you have drunk the first water, you can add more water, but be aware that it is this first water that contains all the beneficial effects of this herbal tea.
How many times and when to consume it?

2 bags per day for 1 month. Drink preferably between meals.
Do not drink just before or during meals to facilitate digestion.
Contraindications
– Do not drink this tea if you are taking an anticoagulant, especially Warfarin.
– Do not consume this herbal tea if you have a serious illness and / or are under heavy medical treatment.
