Properties of this herbal tea in Chinese medicine

How to prepare this herbal tea?
Heat some spring water, or filtered water, until it begins to boil. Place in the cup the contents of an herbal tea bag. Then pour the hot water on it (between 150 and 200ml). Let infuse 10 to 15 minutes covering the cup and you can drink.
Once you have drunk the first water, you can pour again some water but you must know that it is this first water that contains all the beneficial effects of this tea.
How many times and when drink this tea?
2 bags per day. Drink between meals, once the digestion is complete.
Do not drink just before or during meals to facilitate digestion.
Contraindications
– Do not consume this herbal tea if you have a serious illness and / or follow a fairly heavy medical treatment.
– Do not drink if you are allergic to any of the herbs in this herbal tea.
– Ask your doctor before drink this tea if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
